Who wins

The 21 competition entries that receive the most votes (listed under Top 21) will advance to the final. As part of the final, all 21 entries will be carefully assessed to eliminate cheating or potential manipulation of the voting. Once 21 entries have been cleared to compete in the final, the jury will begin its deliberations. From those 21 finalists, the jury will select 10 Gold winners, each of whom will receive 1,000 Euros and have their entry painted somewhere along the route by unemployed youths.
